Has anyone else received an email suggesting their IDNet email password is about to expire?

I'm 99.99% sure it's a scam but I can't for the life of me find how to view message headers in the latest version of Outlook 365.

I've just checked my Spam folder and yes, there's one there for one of my accounts.  It's clearly a scam because both the From and To are the same.  Definitely not from IDNet.

Thanks Simon. It makes me wonder how someone would be able to create a list of IDNet customer email addresses.

The email address they used for mine was one I haven't used for ages.  My main IDNet account probably gets more spam than any other of my email accounts, but I kind of assumed that's because it's the one connected to eBay, and I've heard sellers aren't always particularly conscientious about customer data security.

In some ways that makes it a little more puzzling.

Given the email address I received the email on I find it highly unlikely that someone used a random word generator to create a list of IDNet customers. More likely they have obtained or compiled a list of customers from data breaches.

Let's see if anyone else responds to this.
