A number of people have reported intermittent disconnection from the UBOSS telephone service. This leaves users unable to make or receive calls. I found that rebooting the router resumes connection but it does not last. Customer service are investigating.

I don't really use mine all that much to notice any outages, but I did have an issue where a caller tried repeatedly to call but received a message that the line was busy.  It wasn't and my phone never rang.  This was over a period of about four hours.  I reported the incident to Support but they said they couldn't investigate as the problem had since resolved.   :dunno:

Day 3 and UBOSS still disconnecting.

It's just happened to me.  No idea how long it's been down for but I went to make a call and it sounds like it's dialling out, then nothing.  Rebooted router and it's fine.  :dunno:

Just an observation but Googling the issue usually links back to this forum.

I had a call from Brian at IDNet who wanted to push a new firmware over to my TP Link VX230v router for testing.  I was out at the time but when I got home shortly after 5pm, the VoIP was down again.  I've rebooted the router and got the line back, but having spoken to someone else at IDNet, it seems this is a wider issue with UBOSS.
