Message: We are currently investigating a very high number of reports of extremely slow speeds.

We are in contact with BT's network incidents team to try and identify the cause of the problem.

Message: The slow speeds were caused by a problem with peering in London via both LINX and LONAP. Reports suggest that this may have been caused by a power failure at Telehouse. Traffic flow via both LINX and LONAP is now starting to return to normal levels.
