Title: Idnet.com email
Post by: Ray on Aug 13, 2008, 12:24:52
Does any one know if it is possible to set up mail forwarding on Idnet.com email addresses? I can't see anything when you look at email settings or when you log in to webmail apart from forwarding individual messages that are already in your inbox.

Should be under Message Filters, Ray.

Log in on your customer account, Ray, select the mailbox, choose settings, and you create forwarding under filtering rules. Note that it's worth having two rules, one on the To field, one on the CC field. You could add BCC if you wanted to be absolutely sure.

It certainly is, Rik, I was looking for something on the webmail interface like you have on the freemail.co.uk ones.

It's completely different software for the two systems, Ray, which caught me out in just the same way. :)
