Hi folks. Another moving question here that hopefully someone can help me with. We're heading to a new place where, at present there is no phone connection so are going to have to park the ISP subscription till we get it sorted. I would however like to keep my e-mail service going through IDNet so my question is, is it possible to migrate e-mail addresses that are currently part of my subscription to IDNet's mail hosting service?
I very much hope it is as this could keep things going till we get set up at the other end.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi and welcome to the forum. :) :welc: :karma:
I would imagine that IDNet would be able to help you out, but the best bet would be to give them a ring, 0800 0267237, for a definitive answer.

Thanks for the info guys :)
I've been lurking about for a while now and been with IDNet for... er... 3 years and have been really pleased with the service so hoping that a sort of temporary measure can be put in place till we're up and running at the new digs.
I will definitely give them a call to find out.
Thanks again
Good luck with the move. :fingers:

It might also be worth asking them about a simutaneous provide, which would mean getting your broadband activated on the same day that your phone line goes live.
Good point, Lance. :thumb:
