Title: space used in webmail
Post by: krysia on Jul 24, 2008, 16:41:11
Webmail used to tell us how much of our 100 MB webmail space was used up, but I haven't been able to find that information since the changes.  How can we find it out?

I think you'll probably have to call support on this one Krysia (or drop them an email), the data certainly doesn't appear to be there any more, possibly as a result of the server re-arrangement.

Just in case anyone else is wondering about this, here's the reply James sent me this morning:

At the moment email is on a temporary system following the recent
problems. Over the weekend we will be implementing a much more robust
and permanent email setup and server system. This should also contain
the small features the old system used to.

I should just add that the transfer to the new system is planned to take place early on Monday morning, and should be completed by about 8:30. During the work, the mail service may be slow, or may time out. After the work is finished, however, customers should notice a distinct improvement in performance as the new server is significantly more powerful. :)
