For some reason I'm getting 'Login failed' while using the webmail? Is anyone else getting this?
Seems OK here. Are you using the new secure log in, or the normal one?

I've tried both of them, both give the Pink error box with 'Login Failed'
I got that the first time, but that was because I got the password wrong. All OK after that.

Very strange, I just checked my password in the Customer Login on the homepage and it is all correct.
Just tried it via the secure link and it seems OK.
Fine here, both normal & secure. Best give support a ring, Pez, they can reset your password if necessary.

Sorry to be obtuse I presume you checked your email password as my customer login password is different
