Just found the UPS email (plus attachment) in my Yahoo UK Mail spam folder. I only ever get spam on Yahoo which I use for non-personal email, never had any at all with my two personal IDNet addresses. Yahoo UK Mail are very good are sorting out the spam.

I rarely get spam now, I don't have any accounts with the likes of Hotmail etc though, only through my own forum and 2nd domain along with the IDNet accounts
