As far as we are aware, everything that was on the old server was recovered. In any case, it would have only been 1 days mail at maximum lost had it not been recovered.
If you believe you have missing items, i would first confirm that they were actually sent and if so would then contact support who will be able to confirm whether everything was recovered.
I agree with Lance - check with support, but as I understand it, everything that could be restored has been restored. Unfortunately, that means there may have been a small loss.
