Just to say I found all my missing IMAP mail restored when I logged on today - hasn't yet happened for my partner's account, but I'm sure it will reappear eventually. Well done, IDNet, as usual!

They were hoping to complete the restoration today, last I heard, Krysia, but it may be taking a little longer as they avoid over-loading the servers.

Well done Trevor after all his hard work over the last two weeks 8)

Does this mean Trevor will be put out to grass or is he being rested for another role in the future.

Anyway, I'm over the moon about having my webmail accounts restored. Brilliant job Idnet.

The logs will be analysed to see what happened, and then a decision will be taken on Trevor's future. If he does go back into service, he'll be put through some heavy soak testing first.

Put him out to grass, it's not worth the risk of him going AWOL again. :)
