I was surprised to see e-mail service listed as optimal today, as lost IMAP e-mail still hasn't been restored. I've been following developments via the forum, so I know the chances are that Trevor won't recover, but I thought in that case mail would be restored from the preceding back up?
I've certainly learned my lesson and will now always copy mail to my local folders as well as leave it in my IMAP folders, but it would be nice to have an update about what's happening to lost mail.
Trevor is still doing his disk check, Krysia, and IDNet still hope to recover the data. The optimal indicates that all the other changes have been made and service is back to normal.
