I have taken a screen shot and cant figure out why the screens like this its very odd
The attachement is just a blank Word Document David (0 bytes).
Its interesting that you can download "nothing" if you wish ;D
Yeah it's blank.
Print Screen > MSpaint > Edit > Paste > File > Save As > Give filename and save as type jpg or bmp
works the best for me
Same here, David - blank document.
For some reason the screenshot wont copy or atach itself.but here are the symptoms page for all websites is white.the text and display is massive and even her all writing is blue and the page looks like its been nagnified 10 times.I have changed text size etc then it reverts back......so that is why Im thinking Grphics card problem...other than this Im amazed how good this is.
Oh yes Im thinking of getting anothe pc (well you didnt think I would notttt did you)
Have you tried switching to a different browser?
Sounds like you have activated a zoom feature. Try Ctrl 0(zero) to cancel.Works for FF and IE

Hello badpianoplayer
You have 2 messages 0 are new
This is copied does not show the blue
Does that text occupy the whole screen?Did you try Ctrl Zero?
Try re-installing the graphics drivers, David.
What does the rest of windows look like? Normal or is that magnified too?
What browser are you using? If using Firefox hold CTRL and use the + and - keys to adjust font size / zoom level.

Go the the manufacturer's site, but make sure you get the card model exactly right.
Alternatively, try a generic XP driver.
What's the screen resolution set at? I can replicate the problem by reducing mine. Cant remember how to check in xp. what was it?control panel>display??it was so long ago!

I'd say that rules out a gfx driver issue then. Got to be browser related.
Sounds like you have an N-standard wireless adaptor, David.
Have I dare I ask what is an N standard ,is it the same as buying black and white check paint?
The original wireless standard was b, David, 11Mbps. Then most common now is g, 54Mbps. The latest is n, 108Mbps.
Put presumably its connected to a 54g wireless router?
