Title: Curious re-sync
Post by: Rik on Jun 13, 2008, 19:17:08
Not the 300 hour version - the router had been powered off last night to avoid that, but at 18:37, the line dropped and reconnected with a u/s sync of just 112k and a margin of 10, rather than the normal 448/21.

I forced a reset of the ADSL connection and normality was restored.

I've never seen the u/s affected like that before.  ???

I think I've seen it once before, Rik. It must just being some temporary interference on the frequencies that the upstream uses.
