It's time cr*p, lying, ISP's like Tiscolli and pipex were forced to remove the word 'UNLIMITED' from their adverts, they are far from unlimited, and they should be forced to tell people that they get dial up speeds between 9am and 12 midnight.

Simon's spot on - people are often not aware of sync speed, let alone care about it. Throughput is the only measure which interests them, but then what do we expect of Ofcom?

I wished OFCOM would focus their efforts on these adverts for "unlimited" internet as I think that is a bigger issue than speeds.
