One our our connections to BT failed at 19:15 this evening. It recovered within a few minuets. However, at about the same time BT suffered a Major Service Outage that is affecting a very large number of customers from many ISP's - preventing those customers from logging-in. So, after our 'bad' Central recovered, those customers who had been logged-off could not then log in again - The Perfect Storm.

BT expect to have resolved the problem by 3am...
