My ADSL/PPP connection is still AWOL - Can someone point me to the dialup connection info for IDNet? No way can it be as slow as this phone link!

Have you powered down the router for 30 minutes, as IDNet advised, dlorde?
Dial up number: 0845 6021131.
Log in details - same as your broadband account.
What's the problem? Are you losing sync?
Sorry, now seen the thread about tonight's problems (I'm away at the moment). I assume this is what was affecting your connection, but let us know if not. :)
Last time I lost connectivity I used this one:
Dialup Number: 0844 711 0055
Username: isp@dialup
Password: connect
Thats from http://www.uko2.co.uk I have no idea if that 0844 is cheaper than IDNet's 0845 though.
