anybody else, spoke to miriam this morning BT were working on exchange this morning, but still getting disconnections.

Nope.....router says "conected for 12hrs 5 mins"

But my speed has been up and down like a yoyo, bottoming at 170kbps, topping at 640kbps ::)

No problems here at all, even the speed has stayed acceptable.

About an hour later- speed down to about 600Kbps... :(

Is your SNR too low perhaps? When you get reconnected, are you syncing lower Coopes?
