Title: Trend Chipset
Post by: Tacitus on May 08, 2008, 17:17:55
Has anyone heard of the 'Trend' chipset which appears in some modems?

Is it good/bad compared to Broadcom or a TI AR7 on a poor line?

Thanks for any advice.

Sorry, no experience of it, Tac, but the Billion range of routers uses it and I've seen several good reports of those.

I've also no experience with it personally, but as Rik says, Billion routers use them, and they are fairly highly rated.
