Work Offline is a dialup function.  So you've not got the "hangup after reading" box ticked then.

I can't even find where to work offline in mine - though the connection bit is blank anyway as the router does it all, so that might be something to do with it.

No i checked that the hang up after reading is unticked "scratches head"

You using a modem then?
How about doing the network setup wizard again in the Control Panel?
That ought to reset whatever it's messed up I'd think.

Can't find anybody else with it, which is strange.
Rebooting doesn't fix it either, I take it, so I'm lost.

Steve, this (http://www.techenclave.com/forums/uninstall-ie7-beta-from-your-computer-6196.html) says that if you uninstall IE7, it leaves you where you started at IE6.
