I don't know about the 'inter' but it certainly grates me!!  :doh:

Why can't they just knock the £39 off to begin with?  These cashback offers are OK, but they make you bloody work for it.  I once had one on a mobile phone, and had to remember to send off a form every three months, to get the cash back in instalments over the year.  I suppose they hope you'll forget, or can't be bothered, and they'll get away with it.

Somehow, I think it makes consumers perceive it as a better deal.

Mo....Agreed.

It grates me enough to avoid a company, if they are that slap happy, I wonder what their service is like, and move on. :mad:

In this case, Misco service is good - but their web programmers don't, apparently, have much in the way of literacy skills.
