Well having bought the disc version (as opposed to the download option), i'm not happy!
Not only do you have to install it (which takes 10mins+) , but if you want to play online a further download is required (around 2 gig i estimate, plus the added installation).
That's shocking for a console.
Sony have really ***** up big style this time.... :notfair:
Not a lot of point in buying the disc from the sound of it, Andy. Crazy!
I was looking at buying a PS3 with GT5 might not now sounds to much like hard work ! Is it worth the effort after install ?
I might buy just the console...
get a xbox 360 elite :P
Yes, it's an absolute phenomenal demo! (sorry for the sarcasm :leer:).
Seriously though, yes i would recommend getting the console for this but only if you love your driving games. This is my second ps3 and i only bought it for gt5 and ferrari challenge (not yet released).
As for the later quote re. getting a 360 elite.... well i have one of those as well plus project gotham racing and forza.
IMHO i prefer gt5.... :hide2: :back:

The full release of GT5 is not due for a few months yet, July 08 in Japan, the Prologue is effectively a paid for demo, so I would think when released the game will have most/all the elements required.
