If the switch has been made, Sam, you should see the sync immediately. However... Your account may have been updated, but BT have not yet made the switch (possibly it's an overnighter, a bit like a migration), or we did see a case recently where there had to be a manual intervention to improve the u/s sync. Give it till tomorrow, then have a word if nothing has changed.
Is there anything I can do my end router-wise or do i just have to sit this one out :whistle:

Just force a re-sync, Sam. If it's still at 448, let support know.
