so mr x gets kicked from using his isp, puts it in someone elses name, gets them kicked.
Hijacks some wireless and gets them kicked,

goverment advises all users must use secure wireless

mr x breaks wireless security and gets another kicked and another kicked, and before you know it lots of houses have big aerials on top of them lol.
