hi
my downloading speed is up and down like a yo-yo. I'm on the fixed 2 meg and I didnt expect this. Any tips, things to try?

Are you using P2P?

Try turning off your router for 30 mins and trying again. If it still happens contact IDnet support, they can help you. But you may find there are others here who will give you more advice, just watch the forum. :)

Cav i think there has been a change in this and now you have to log into the BT speed test , i think the idea is when you log on again to IDNet you wont be using the same connection you were before (something like that).

I had the same problem for 4 days before i found the cause to be a virus using my comp to mass mail.
