Watch this space. You have done the extra high speed training course I take it? ;)

When i asked james yesterday about haveing interleaved turned off he said my speeds might slow down but it has done the opposite . And rik no i have not done my speed training .

You should, you may need to start braking earlier. ;) James is right, btw, interleaving is designed to stop the need for packet re-sends, so with it off, although you sync faster, if the line really needs it, throughput will actually drop. It sounds like you have no need to worry on that score though. :)

I take it going by this result i need to wait until my profile goes up .

Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test:  -provides background information.
IP profile for your line is - 6500 kbps
    DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM)  8128 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 5906 kbps

If you wish to discuss these results please contact your ISP.

If you are experiencing problems with specific applications, servers or websites please contact your ISP for assistance.

Your test has completed please close this window to exit the performance tester.

About another four days at a guess. :(

Small increases now take five days - good old BT.  :sigh:
