Title: Upgrade advice
Post by: Moley on Feb 16, 2008, 12:44:07
Hi all - I'm a new customer - and loving it have to say - what a difference from Tiscali!!  I signed on with the Home Lite, but looking at the RSS thingy it looks like I'm going to be way over my limit after a month of similar use.  I can see that I can upgrade to the next package up for £24.99 - can you do this so soon or should I wait for the first month to pass by?

I upgraded mine from Lite within 3 days! I got an email confirming the upgrade within a couple of working hours.

What Si says, Moley, you can upgrade at any time, there's no charge.

It certainly makes sense to upgrade package rather than paying the excess bandwidth charges. It'll work out cheaper. I was paying Pipex £23.44/month for a sub-standard service, so £24.99/month for a fantastic service is a great deal. I'm glad you're getting on well with IDNet.  :)
