Just tried to create a new email address. On pressing enter I received over a page of errors, which were meaningless to me. Now I don't want to try again, in case it worked. I assume my best plan is to wait an hour or so, then go to my email set up and see if it was created, or wait for the email telling me it has?
I'd be inclined to check the accounts page to see if it's there and, if not, give support a ring (08000 267237). The setup process is normally instantaneous and I've never received an error.
Hi Rik,
Been back, no sign of the new address, same error when trying again though. Not to good on the telephone, old age hearing problems. There is no urgency what ever so I think I will drop them an email, just for information this is the message:

The only thing I have done recently is install UBUTU, this error is in Windows XP though.
That looks like a server error on IDNet's side...
Had a reply from the help desk, they could not replicate the problem, wanted a little more info. Tried again, third time lucky, no problem! As I told them just a Gremlin!
Take the boxing gloves off next time. ;)
