IDNET are great at contacting you by phone when you leave a message with the receptionist but I am having problems when filling in their online help or when I email them.
My hubby asked about the new web hosting yesterday but we have received no reply. Am I just impatient? My current web hosting with another company runs out in a few weeks and I was hoping to move it to IDNET.
I guess the only way to find out about it is to phone them.
Simon From IDNet reads the forums so you may get a answer over the weekend,if not you will have to phone on Monday as CS is closed over the weekend.
They are apparently extremely busy at the moment, which is why there tends to be a delay before some e-mails are answered. Not quite why; it's possible the recent influx of new customers has simply upped the volume, in which case they may have to consider employing an extra member of staff.
I could spare them approx 40 hours a week ;)
