It was the new boy, James, who blamed Martin, Alf. ;)

I knew what you meant, Alf it's just that James is the new boy, not Martin. ;)

If that is the same James who is dealing with my connection fault then please be kind to him  ;)

That's the good thing with IDNET.  We all know who we are dealing with on a personal level and contact is quite straightforward.  Not many other Isp's can or do offer this level of service unless you pay an exorbitant amount.

I agree, Alf. We also know that, if we have an idea or suggestion, Simon and Tim will listen and, if possible or practical, take it on board.

Even by paying an exorbitant amount, I don't believe the personal contact we have here could be matched.  :)

The reason IDNet can offer the support they do is because, unlike all the big ISPs, they don't have people phoning up about the service complaining. This reduces the workload and therefore they can offer the better service!
