Hi folks, I just have a little question. I have ordered (and had confirmation of) my Home2000 package and will be migrated from Friday 1st (before 6pm). Now everything is going as smooth as silk and I am very happy, but I couldn't help but notice while I was ordering an Email address that my details page said that I was on a 1Mg service with Home1000.
I've asked IDnet by Email what has happened and look forward to the answer, but until then, has anyone else ever had this? I guess I'm worrying over nothing. I bet it's something simple, but was wondering if this has happened before or if it's normal until they find out what speed the line can handle.
Seems a little odd ! I specifically asked for a IPStream 500 on my line (didn't want max'd as I'm on a stupidly long line) and that went through fine however I did arrange the provide on the phone directly with Miriam who punched it up as we spoke.
Crossed wires maybe (pun intended :laugh:) - wait and see what CS have to say - sure it'll be fine !
Hi ebb i not long migrated too and mine was the same i ordered Home Max i was migrated to a 1meg service the next day i was regraded to Home Max i was told thats how it works hope it helps

Cheers folks, I've been told today that my line is only capable of using the 1Mb package which is why the order was changed. Fair enough I guess, I have no problem with that at all. These people know a lot more than I do. I'm sure that Plusnet told me my line could carry between 2 and 3 Meg not so long back.
Ah well, I'm still happy and over the moon, as my migration was completed today and I think I may have to have a curry from the local takeaway to celebrate.
