Title: Will C/S reply?
Post by: B52 on Apr 03, 2006, 18:47:03
Ive emailed IDnet twice regarding a  Max upgrade.  Friday 31st a.m. with an inquiry about charges etc.   Then Friday afternoon with a request to regrade.
Since then nothing, nowt, zero, zilch, squat.

Nothing on my account page either.  Any kind of reply would do. I know they are bound to be busy at this time but a response please!!!

I sent mail to both 'contact' and 'support' using the facility on the IDnet website.  I did get a flash confirmation of receipt for one of the mails. But nothing since.

Thanks Simon. Will phone tomorrow.

Well they did reply and this morning at 7am synching at 5504.
AG speedtest 3775kb/s.  Brilliant.  ZDnet speedtest shows 4225kb/s

No more complaints about how fast BT move. Took all of 18hrs.

thanks everyone

PS.  btw the original probem about not getting a reply was my own fault. I hadnt told them to use my new email address. Replies went to my previous (F2s) ISP who had cut my old address.  Apologies.
