True Rik but recently firefox has been issuing to many patches really for what was touted as a safe browser, although they do patch much faster than Microsoft, there is an unpatched pop up address bar spoofing issue with IE7 thats been left unpatched for 403 days now! But recently firefox have had to patch then repatch again twice I believe after a new release, not good press really, also the QT vulnerability effects firefox the hardest out of all the browsers, I can feel Vista and IE7 in my veins I'm sorry to say  :(

I agree that we are seeing an unfortunate cycle of fixing and breaking, both with FF and Apple. Perhaps both need to slow down and draw breath before rushing patches out? IAC, there's Opera before IE.  ;D

I used to keep Opera on my system Rik but I really can't be doing with three browsers, and Opera has issue with the NatWest and also has higher ram usage than it used to as they fill it out with more and more gadgets, and needs in my mind a lot of tweaking on a per site basis sometimes, I removed it in the end, I don't need browser OCD as well Rik  ;D

I keep it to test with, but I've never been able to get on with it, Gary, though I'm not sure why.
