Hello

I am the new customer of Idnet as I was activated and went live yesterday, Friday, 23rd of November 2007.

I am on Home Max 30Gb per month - however don't this mean my usage run from 23rd of each month before it reset or when is my next usage reset due on ?

Hi and welcome to the forum - have a welcome karma.

You usage will have been adjusted in proportion to the remain number of days this month. The usage runs from the first of the month.

The system should have stopped anyone joining with idnet as a user name. I have had to manually intervene, therefore, and sedg's current user name is a temporary one until I receive further word from him/her.

just so i know. the 30gig limit, does that also include uploads?

Uploads are not counted in any IDNet package, the figure is purely for downloads. :)
