Mozilla plans to release a bugfix for its Firefox browser next week.
The 2.0.0.10 update is in testing right now and should be released to the public next week, The flaw has to do with the fact that Firefox does not properly check files that are compressed using the .jar (Java Archive) format. Attackers could sneak malicious code into the Jar-compressed documents, which would then be run by the victim. The patching just never ends ::)
I'm so patched that I can't see the original anymore. ;)
Edit: Slight word blindness problem ;)
How exactly does one 'the' Firefox? ;D
One has ways... ;)

Best we don't ask Simon ;)
Simon uses a periscope! :o
It seems that Firefox gets more patches than IE does!
It possibly does, Lance, given that MS roll up most things for a once-a-month release.

Oh! This boy does like to live dangerously! ::)

It's because he's just finished his exams Mo, he's just feeling a little light-headed at the moment. ;)
Firefox, to me, is getting rather clunky, unless it's something to do with some of the add-ons. Thankfully, Roboform have finally acknowledged Netscape 9, so I'll be sticking with that for now. :)
