Today I migrated from ZEN to IDNET, I signed up to the SuperMax Home package, there are 2 factors that made me migrate, the upload speed and the extra bandwidth...
I am quite far away from the exchange, from ZEN I had 2330down 488up, will I get a decent upload speed? or do you need to be close to the exchange to receive anything close to 800up???
Thanks,
Jack
Hi and welcome to the forum, have a karma. :welc:
Can you post your line stats, attenuation, noise margin and sync speed, and we'll try to help.
Welcome to the forum Jack :)
I am at work at the moment but will post them when I get home, can people post their SuperMax upload speeds?
Thanks.
I would if I was on it. ;)
Upload speed is not usually an issue, though.
I get around 720kbit upload rate on the SuperMAX product. I'm synced at the full 832kbit.
I get 832 up and 7616 down.
Hey, here are my lines stats.

I would suggest that for those stats, you would get the full 832 up - but don't hold me to that!
I'd agree - you should get the full 832kbit. The stats aren't great, but should be enough for the max upload.
Great, thanks for the response, very friendly community!
Jack.
We try to be, Jack. Pop into Natter and say hello, you'll soon understand our nickname. ;)
Got activated this morning, the speed seems a little bit better than I had before, not sure if it will stay like that, the upload shows 602kbps (hope it goes up to the full speed). :D
Welcome to happy land, Jack. :) What are your line stats like?
