Title: Useful Firefox addon
Post by: Rik on Nov 04, 2007, 14:15:18
I came across Flagfox (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5791), which displays a small flag in the status bar, indicating where the server is located. It relies on IP addresses, not the domain name, so may just help with phishing sites.

Thanks, Rik, that's a useful one I've just installed it. (http://members.shaw.ca/wenpigsfly/smileys/thumb.gif)  :)

It struck me as potentially useful, Ray - it certainly won't do any harm, and may even improve my knowledge of national flags (though hover on the flag and you get the full information).
