Just noticed this: http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/Help/2e680b8d-211e-41c5-a0bf-9ccc6d7e62a21033.mspx/
Now what worries me is that if you need help in opening the Vista retail box should you really be installing it ;)
OTOH, if M$ put out software in packaging that needs an explanation, what does it say about the company? :(
:-X
;D ;D
Worrying innit.. ;)
I don't know what is wrong with just a normal box!
It's not sexy enough. :(
Well, put a picture of Jill on the front then! ;D
;D ;D
I'm going into hiding now... :hide:
The worrying thing is, there are people out there who will need those instructions, and then get let loose on the Internet! ;D

That was my thought exactly, but also can you imagine sitting there about to install your new os then thinking hang on, I must go online and find out how to undo this box before I install it  what were Microsoft thinking >:D

Are you implying Microsoft normally applies some form of logic to their decisions? :eek3:

Only a perverted one. ;D
That would also imply that they actually think! ::)
True. How silly of me... ;)
Maybe the instructions were for Bill Gates...
Interesting thought. After all, if he needed his mother to remind him to wash his hair...
