I had to call IDNet for the 1st time today, my connection lost its IP address at around 9.15 this morning, after trying the reboot the router trick, then leave it off for approx 30 secs, still no joy :(
I called IDnet, with in 2 or 3 rings the phone was answered. The line was tested 2 or 3 different was and it all looked OK apart from no data through put (the router showed a 3276K, 448k sync speed, 57db, 6db noise margin) The call has now gone to BT to investigate as it is displaying unusual symptons, hopefully I'll be back online when I get home later today.
It appears to fixed now, I can connect to my server again from work :)

Its 30 mins mate not seconds.
Miriam only asked for it to be switched off for about 1 min whilst she ran some tests on the line
Aha , i had some ping problems when i first migrated and within the 10 day period and was advised to switch off for 30 mins, it did the trick. ;)
