Hi i was wondering if i could make 2 partions on raid 0 in dos before i put an os on them,can it be done if so which software will i need to do this.

I would guess it is possible and suggest that you would need to load the drivers for the raid prior to doing anything but unfortunately I can't give any help on this.
One thing I will point out is that members on here who have implemented raid 0 have found very little benefit (with regards to speed) and for the risk of losing all your data on both disks, even if just one fails, is often a deterrent.
