Title: Do IDNet work bank holidays?
Post by: Jimbo on Aug 27, 2007, 19:28:28
Hi all...

Just another quick question, as per title really?

I ask because IDNet have been doing some testing for me due to my poor Max service.  Last week I was placed on a fixed profile, but only 512K.  :o  Man was that slooooww!  However, it was rock solid and not one disconnection during the week of testing.

So I spoke to Miriam on Friday gone and she said that they'd now revert me back to Max for Monday and then I'll have my 10 days of training.  However, it's Monday and I'm still on the fixed rate. :(  I was just thinking perhaps she meant Tuesday or do you think they have forgotten about me.  :'(

Thanks,
James

No. You are not forgotten, Miriam and the others just had an extra day off for the Bank Holiday, just like millions of others.  Except for the shop workers, emergency services, hospitals etc. ;D

Give them a quick ring in the morning, I'm sure they'll sort it out. It could be that BT have been a bit slow in implementing the change.

Yeah good advice.  IDNet seem to be on the ball all the time, so perhaps it's just BT being slow. lol.  Will give them a quick call tomorrow.

Cheers Lance,

James  :)
