Sorry if this is in the wrong place. Over on the thinkbroadband Which ISP? (Residential) forum a reply from an IDNet rep would be useful.

Thanks for that. Simon is away at the moment, and I don't think anyone else covers the forums. I'll take a look at the post and see if I can reach somebody.

I hadn't seen that, Noreen, thanks. Looking out for posts like those, and alerting Simon & Tim to them, is one way we can all help the growth of our favourite ISP. :)
