I seem to have had a number of recent disconnections - including one that lasted an hour and half tonight - that were "Connection terminated due to a network provider issue" (see the image). During the longer outage this evening I not only rebooted the modem and router but also tried a second router; nothing would connect. The distinction between that and the "Your router terminated the connection" suggests an IDNet problem, but I see nothing on their service status page. What am I missing?

I can only tell you I've been online all evening (it's now 1.10am) with no outages. I agree the error suggests an issue with IDNet though.
