Title: Outage - possible Zen backhaul issue.
Post by: zappaDPJ on May 22, 2024, 18:34:56
We've had a two hour plus outage that started around 4.15pm and may still be ongoing. The general consensus at IDNet support seemed to be there's an issue within Zen's network. Although we remained authenticated/connected, throughput has varied from zero to slow with most sites completely unobtainable.

I'm not aware if anyone has been affected but I thought I'd post anyway.

Nothing noticeable here (South Oxon).

Which proves nothing, of course!

It seems to have more or less resolved itself now, I'm in the south east on the coast.

Got a PPP drop-out yesterday afternoon about 4.30pm. It lasted no more than 10 mins.

Same here in East Dorset, but router took about 5 attempts to authenticate and log back in.
