I keep finding email from one particular business ending up in Junk. I'm not sure what to do about it.
The whitelist contacts section on the Idnet website only gives me the option to disable whitelisting altogether and I don't see how to add an address to it.
Any thoughts? Thanks!
You need to log in to your IDNet Customer Portal and find Filters under your email settings. You can whitelist an email address there, or for more configurations, use Advanced Filters.
