Title: Dropouts
Post by: talos on Mar 03, 2023, 08:11:26
Here we go again more dropouts , at least one a day usually more . What are BT up  to? , I know they are working on the lines ,but we are paying for a service we don't reliably get. shouldn't we be due a refund or something ? :comp:

I've seen no obvious issues during the day but I'm currently rather nocturnal and my line drops quite regularly for a few minutes after midnight.

There is also the possibility that it is not a BT problem because IDNet are moving across to Zen backhaul and there have been well-documented problems with the Zen network for many months now.  Either way, our contract is with IDNet rather than BT or Zen and it is IDNet that should be chased for any compensation for inadequate service.
