So I paid up for a full 12 months of FTTP in order to get a free month. Since joining at the start of the year, prices have dropped per month by about £45.00 for the package I'm on. So if I was paying monthly, would my monthly price have dropped? If yes but I've paid up for the year, do I still benefit from the price reductions?

Thanks, I dropped support an email. They said they usually sort it out at renewal but as a good will gesture they've refunded me the difference straight away. Can't fault that. :)
