Broadband is fine, it's just I can't ring out and nobody can ring me. I've tried another phone and that did nothing and I have checked the BT exchange page. (I have also emailed support.) Any ideas?

That's for USA. Find your master socket.

IDNet tested the line and it turns out there's fault on it so I'm waiting for BT Openreach to sort it out.
