For the second time in a few months I have identified phone calls on my monthly invoice which were definitely not made from my number. IDNet Support seem reluctant to believe this. Has anyone else had this experience?
Mine are all inclusive, so I don't usually check, but I've just had a quick look and not come across anything untoward.

False alarm. They were genuine calls. Invoice did not show actual numbers but a destination exchange I did not recognise. When IDNet provided the actual numbers I was able to recognise the numbers but they were to an exchange which is subsidiary to the exchange shown on the invoice.
