Post by: robinc on Jul 26, 2019, 12:02:33
Just wonderin' whether us FTTC folks are likely to see any reductions in the light of the recent announcement?

I doubt it. Openreach is trying to encourage take up of their full fibre service. They'd be more likely to increase FTTC prices in areas where both options exist (but probably won't).

But not to worry Boris 'Magic' Johnson is going to personally lay fibre to everyone's front door over the next six months  ::)

He probably thinks he can just send everyone a packet of All Bran and call it Fibre to the Home.
