I'm still unable to connect to webmail or the website.
Webmail logon panel back, but get message saying 'Failed to connect to IMAP server'
Email back up and running here :) on .co.uk and .com
Can't connect to website or emails here either.

We had a database issue this morning which caused some customers to have difficulty connecting and accessing webmail/our website. Back ups kicked in immediately meaning the majority of customers didn't even notice however for some a reboot of the router or a refresh of the page may have been necessary.
The issue was resolved quickly and all services are available and performing as normal.
